    Excellent!
Excellent product, quick installation in the PCMCIA card slot. Shows up as another hard drive and instantly allows download of digital pictures to your laptop. You'll never find a better by for $14.99.

Transferring from the camera itself is for the birds
This PCMCIA adapter seems more sturdy than ones I've owned previously. It's a breeze to operate - just slide the compact flash into the opening, and slide that into my laptop - within seconds I'm editing my photos (3.4 megapixel). Looks just like another hard drive to my Windows system, and runs just as fast if not faster - no more will I be waiting for tens of minutes to see my photos!

Does what it says for compact flash
This adapter allows the user to read compact flash cards in a PC-Card (PCMCIA) slot. This is great for any digital camera user that wants a fast and convienient way to retrieve images to a laptop or other device with PC-Card(PCMCIA) capability. The description from the manufactures site reads as follows:

"The Picture Card Adapter enables you to use a COMPACT FLASH Card in PCMCIA ATA compatible devices. The 50-pin Picture Cards (COMPACT FLASH Cards) fit snugly in the Adapter, providing 68-pin PCMCIA ATA compatibility."

It's a relatively simple device and it does what it says.

Blurry pictures. These lenses are a joke.
I ordered this lens as part of a 3 part set (2 different lenses and the lens adapter). They are easy to screw on. After that, the experience was poor. Everyone one of the photos, no matter what I tried, was blurry and of poor quality. I phoned and emailed their tech support with specific questions and received responses (phone and mail) that were not helpful. They emailed me support which basically said screw them on and take the picture. It was really a joke. I finally returned them for a refund due to my dissatisfaction. If I'm doing something wrong, I wish I knew as it would be a nice feature for the camera.

    Good Experience ¿ []
This lens works very fine with my Kodak DX4900 camera. it give me total 4x optical zoom and total 12x digital zoom to the camera.
The lens and the lens adapter is little big for the camera. And it takes the cute small look away from it. But I like the new alien looks it bring to my DX4900 :-)

The lens comes with the small leather black casing. It is very useful to store your lens safely when you travel with it.

    1. For use this lens correctly, you need to mount it correctly on the lens adapter and the lens adapter on the camera. If you didn't do that correctly you can't take clear pictures.
    2. You need to zoom correctly before take the picture and hold the camera extra steady.

I brought this for [a few dollars]- I think it is too expensive for just 2x zoom. And also I had to buy [] a lens adapter too. So my rate is 4 for this lens.
But the lsend work fine for me - and like it!

    where's my lens kit?
Placed this order through pcresource on 2/22 (paid for it already too)and it has not shown up yet.

    Not So Good
I have the DX4900 and have been very impressed with it. The Lens were not nearly as good as the camera.

The Wide Angle Lens had extreme barrelling and the edges were very out of focus. This is deffinitely a specialized effect lens (i.e. Kodak's example is looking up in the forrest at the tree tops) not an everyday lens (capture a familly event).

The Telephoto Lens worked fine, however it was very dark and not very suitable for flash photos because of the darkness (the directions said to adjust the settings on camera, but it was still very dark). I haven't tried it in good daylight conditions.

    Haven't tried the +10 +7 Lenses.

All in all, I can't recommend spending $[$$$] for the lenses.

More fun with them than without them
I bought this kit for my Kodak DC290 and it's definitely worth the money. The only disappointing thing is that, when using the flash with the Wide-angle there tends to be a shadow in the lower left corner of the picture. Apparently, the position of the flash on the DC290 and the length the lens adapter + lens causes this.

    Save Your Money
Bonus Pack arrived today: Adapter O.K., Lens Cloth worthnothing ,Extra Memory next to useless, Bag is ... and camera barely fits in. No room for extra memory or cloth much less adapter. Buy a larger, stronger bag, adapter and save money. Piece of lintless cotton cloth will do for lens cleaner.

I was disappointed with such a small digital camera bag...
My biggest complaint is that my camera hardly fit into the bag. The adapter works great and the memory card is a good extra to have. For the price I don't think I got my money's worth.

    Great add-on for Kodak DC3200
This is a great add-on for the DC3200 camera, which doesn't come with an AC adapter and only has 2Mb of internal memory. The AC adapter by itself sells... on amazon, so this set is a pretty good deal pricewise.

If you're getting a DC3200, spring for this set (especially if you don't plan on buying a large memory card right away) -- you'll be able to take 3x as many pictures by filling up both the card and the internal memory, and the AC adapter will save you money on batteries (or time/electricity on recharging them) since digital cameras tend to be such battery hogs.

    could be improved
This camera bag fits the camera it was made for nicely, but in my case-I have 3 children who dance, play sports, etc. I like to carry as much extra stuff as i can, including spare charged up batteries plus charger. Therefore, although it has ample padding, there is not enough space and compartments and padding for they extra stuff you need.

Excellent case with more then enough room (maybe to much room). Highly recommend it, worth buying. Kodak DC280 fitS perfect with enough protection.

    Protection & roomy
Not only does this case give protection for my Kodak DC280 but it also has plenty of room to carry the extras (extra memory card, extra set of batteries, charger , lens' & computer connection cord). Wonderful!!!!!!
