Heeeeavy!
Great caseIt's thin, sits well in camera bag pockets. It's also not hard to remove the sticks, as they tilt up when the "bottom" is pressed.
Excellent Holder For Memory StickThe rubber coating helps keep it safe from Water (though I don't know that it is considered officially "waterproof". I don't know what else to say except that it is the perfect companion for the digital photo enthusiast!!

Nice size, weight, and price!Given the postage each way, it's not worth it to me to return that one and get this durable but lighterweight plastic model - but I wish I had to begin with.

its nice i supposehowever, in the land of thing not magically appearing in my pocket, there are a lot of cons to this memory stick. for one, its exspencive. another reason is that its only good for sony products. yet another is that you have to use this little switch on the thing if you want to use it to maximum capacity. on the other hand this might... might, provide a usefull organizing tool for some.
in any case, if your looking for a memory card for a sony product that you've already bought, then this is a good buy. but if your looking into buying a sony product let this card be a deterent (not a big one mind you, but if your down to two competing products, then i would say go with the other one).
Good memory stickAll in all, a good product.

Good product, bad price. My Sony DSC-P72 came with a lousy 16 MB memory stick, so I was practically pushed to by this additional stick.
The product itself works perfectly well. Access time is very fast. Note however that some 5MB out of the 128MB in this stick are used for internal file system structure. This leaves you with "only" 123MB of user memory.
Unfortunatelly, the price is not good at all. Sony prices this sort of supplies very high. There are compatible products out there in the market that cost 30% less.
I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been for the price.
A must if you own a Cybershot

- 32MB card
- data storage for a variety of Sony products, including digital cameras and camcorders
- Warranty: 1 year
Used price: $17.99

Pricey but solid performanceThe transfer rate in the Clie is very rapid. Backing up the entire contents of the Clie takes literally a few seconds. The Clie has a program that allows you RUN programs off of the memory stick. This is not the fastest operating speed, but it is no worse than a Zip drive disk.
The size and reliability is unbeatable. Compared to a San memory card that has lost it's life after 1 year, the Sony memory sticks have performed flawlessly for pics, data, and application runs. Go for the 32+ MB and up - just like a hard drive, you think a realistic amount is adequate. But once you start shooting and using, you'll wish you upgraded for the bigger stick.
Perfect amount of memory!
The minumum amount of memory you should haveIf you shoot low res pix only (640x480), you'll get about 200 pix out of this memory stick, which certainly is not a bad amount. I shoot at medium resolution (1024x768) when on trips, and I get 95-100 images before it's full. When I shoot tiffs (record keeping for artwork), though, it only has enough space for two or three images. Fortunately, I only shoot those at home, and can immediately download them to the computer, but if you're looking to take a vacation or do a lot of shooting between computer downloads at high resolution, you'll need a 64MB card, or at least a couple of these 32MB ones.
I am happy with this product, and very glad that I didn't settle for the 16MB card, which is, in my opinion, nightmarishly small.
As with anything involving memory (whether cameras or computers or PDAs, etc.), you really have to figure out how much you think you need, and then buy twice as much.
Given the postage each way, it's not worth it to me to return this one and get the other, but I probably should have gone with the other Sony model, made of durable but lightweight plastic.
