WHOOPING 64MB StorageYou can never havd enough storage space for whatever type of memory storage you need. 64MB would be the half way point when condsidering the size you want for the price you want. It is plenty of MP3s's for your PDA. Great for the digital cameras or any other type of unit you would have using compactflash card.... this is reasonable.
works fineI bought this CF card to use in my Kodak DC4800. Works great. I also have a 128-meg CF card (Kodak brand). But needed a bit more storage for an upcoming trip. And a second card can be a handy backup in case another card fails. (I've never had a card to fail - but have heard of it happening to others.)
I hope to buy a digital wallet 6-gig device sometime in early 2001. Waiting to make sure the device is solid.

Does not work with a Nikon Coolpix 4300It would be really great if Amazon and other resellers did a better job outlining which accessories were compatible with which products. This is stated as a CF Type I card yet this does not work with a Nikon Coolpix 4300--another, more expensive Kingston card, must be used.
Kingston = SLOWThis Kingston card uses a multi-level-cell (MLC) Flash made by Toshiba and writes much slower than the single-level-cell (SLC) models. I would avoid Kingston if you have a high resolution digital camera or frequently use the burst mode on your camera to take several pictures back to back. For MP3 players or lower resolution cameras, this card may be fine. Just keep in mind that it will also take longer to write MP3s from your computer to this card than it will with others. I would opt for a card made by SimpleTech, which is in the same price category but much faster.
A perfect fit on a 5 MP cameraThis 512MB card by Kingston is my camera's right hand man. I've used it extensively with a Canon Powershot S50 and haven't had any problems with it to date. A day's shooting on the highest quality JPEG setting fills the card at 200 photos - plenty for a hobbyist like myself. And the wait to download a full card's worth of photos, either through the camera or a card reader, is never more than a couple of minutes. The card is what you'd expect from CF memory - durable (I've accidentally stepped on it once and it's still okay), ultraportable and roomy. Highly recommended for anyone eyeing a 4+ MP camera or any other device with a need for lots of storage.

Great memory for the Dell Axim X3I needed more memory on my Axim and had previously used Kingston memory (for a PC) with no problems. The 512 MB SD card has worked flawlessly for over a month and a half so far.
Great product!I've used all kinds of memory cards over the years and this is by far the best company to buy products from. SanDisk is the WORST. I wouldn't buy their products if it were half the price. Anyway I use my memory card in my PDA and have had no problems. With the SanDisk I had all sorts of problems with files being erased or not properly written. Other good memory products are Viking and MicroTech.
An excellent storage deviceI bought it for my Minolta Dimage Z1 digital camera. The camera has high speed auto focusing and it works well with the SD chip. I wasn't sure about it at first, having read a lot about Sandisk's problems. Thought maybe it was just an OEM version of Sandisk. I was going to buy a Lexar or a Panasonic, but thought I give the Kingston a try. Had it for more than a month now with over a hundred pictures, it has performed perfectly. Also, 512MB will last forever. Never a need for more space. . Kingston has tranditionally done well in all their products. Kingston SDRAM memory chips have always been very reliable.
