    Best in price!
I got this camera at[locAL STORE] (GASP!)for [MONEY], and for the price, it's great! It takes multi-media cards so you can expand the memory, and the pictures are clear. My only criticisms are that the LCD screen is usually too dark for sighting subjects, but it does a good job of showing a thumbnail of the picture taken; and that it takes about 10 seconds from the taking of a picture with the flash until the camera's ready to shoot again. Still, for the price, it cannot be beat as a snapshot camera. It also handles moderate subject movement well. I haven't taken a blurry picture yet. My first digital was a Precor DL-520. Every picture from that thing was blurry! Go with the Concord. It won't break your heart.

    Awesome First Digital Camera
Bought it new at [...]for an unbelievable one-time sale price of [$$$}, which is amazing for a 1.3 mpix w/LCD screen that retails for over [$$$]! Took photos of MANY rock concerts and got surprisingly professional results. Off-loaded photos are great for postcard-sized photoprinting and excellent for the [world wide web]Menu-driven options for flash, WB, timer, video mode and editing(really just image deleting). Preview screen does not show thumbnails but does scroll and zoom. As a point-and-shoot camera, there is no optical zooming, but it has a digital zoom mode that works ok. There is a significant delay between shots, which gets progressively longer with older batteries. LCD will flash the image a few seconds after it was taken, which I find to be a good preview tool. Battery drain is always a problem with digital cameras... this camera is no different. Consider changing batteries every day for steady performance. 8MB memory holds about 30 hi-res photos, but a 64MB MMC holds about 100 more! Camera came with an extra metallic blue faceplate that pops-on the front and a tiny case that just holds the camera. Consider a good 3rd party case that provides space for plenty of AA cells. Suppied software utilites for image upload [is poor], editing software provides IMHO only a usable red-eye filter. Better yet, get a MMC reader and just use the supplied editing software for red-eye fixes, and use MS:Office PhotoEditor for color correction and editing. Not without flaws, but IMHO a cost-conscious option for an entry-level performance camera.

    POLAROID is cool and poor
My friend send me this product. I'm from Poland. :) Greetings for all.

    WORTHLESS
THE ONLY ADVANTAGE THIS CAMERA HAS TO OFFER IS IT'S SIZE. TOO MANY DISADVANTAGES TO MENTION. HERE ARE JUST A FEW: 1)LCD BUILT INSIDE THE CAMERA INSTEAD OF THE OUTSIDE. 2)TERRIBLE PICTURES WITH RECOMENDED SETTINGS(VERY BLURRY). 3)NIGHT SHOOTINGS ARE TERRIBLE (FLASH IS USELESS). 4)TO SNAP A PICTURE, YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN FOR ABOUT FIVE SECONDS BEFORE IT CAPTURES THE IMAGE YOU ARE SHOOTING. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! DON'T LET IT'S SMALL SIZE CAPTIVATE YOU .... I PERSONALLY WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS CAMERA TO ANYONE.

    (...)
(...) I thought the build quality was rather good; it felt solid; ive dropped it a couple of times and it's been OK. Pick up the Konica email and see how flimsy and plastic THAT is! Also for your shekels you get USB connectivity and a rather neat pouch that has a canny belt loop attached . Spend £400 on Canon IXUS V, as a friend of mine did, and you dont even get a case! How bad is that? Also its childs play to use from the off (unlike the IXUS), although you have to get used to the fact that its so small, learning where you can put your fingers, not covering the lens etc.
OK, its 'only' truly .3 megapixls but i needed it for a web business to take photos of properties and ive found it perfectly adequate.
OK you have to keep your hands still for a while after clicking , BIG DEAL!! (...) I admit it can be frustrating if u want to capture 'the moment' and the moment has passed and uve missed it because the camera 's still making its mind up. (...) OK, so what we're saying is DON't buy this if you've got Parkinsons.
For me the main benefit is its size; you can have it on your belt in any situation and you don't even know its there, no bulky camera round your neck swinging around. No big camera case saying "steal me, steal me" to any opportunist thieves lurking around. Its not mega expensive so you don't worry about damaging/losing it the same way as an IXUS or Nikon coolpix

The software it comes with OK; its easy to correct overexposure/too hot flash etc with software for those complaining about that (bits of scotch tape? what are you on about? Stand further back from the subject and use the zoom function (...) It even tells you that in the instructions. (...)
The battery IS a pain, they're not cheap and they're not rechargeable ( i thought lithium batteries were supposed to last a long time?). What's the point of saving £/$ on film and developing if u have to fork out every week on batteries? I think the optical zoom is greedy with the juice. Incidentally an OPTICAL zoom not digital as you so often get at the cheaper end of the market.
Ive even managed some 'arty' shots with it; its taken shots where 'normal' cameras would have completely failed me [how many times have I picked up my pictures from a developers in the past only to be totally disappointed with the grainy, underexposed results with those 'quality' stickers all over them]
You don't need to ponce about with memory sticks , cards, card readers (all more expense) because there's easily enough 'onboard' memory to last until you can get to a USB point on your laptop or internet cafe etc.
(...) It would be great if they upped the true pixel rating, included a rechargeable battery option and included a lens cover. My only concern is the report (...) that the LCD display cracked when left in the car but I know the inside of cars get pretty hot (Ive melted a couple of floppy disks in mine and thats in England!)It reminds me of something from Q Branch in James Bond and Im well impressed.

    great pictures and small size
I love this camera! The small size allows me to take the camera everywhere. With my 35mm camera I was always leaving at home and I didn't have it when I needed it. My friends have larger digital cameras with great LCD screens on the back but they burn through batteries so quick they get frustrated. I can review my pictures through the viewfinder which is not as easy but it let's me know if I have captured the moment or need to take another shot. I know there are higher resolution cameras available but for the money and convenience it fits my needs for the next couple of years when new technology will be way beyond everything out on the market now.

    AWFUL
    this camera is awful
low price for a much lower quality
    the customer service is terrible
    spend better your money!

    NO CAMERA
I don't know if this is a good camera or not since Concord has never sent me a replacement for the one I received that did not work. They said it took one week to receive replacement. After repeated phone calls, they said they were "repairing" it and would send asap. This was after more than 3 weeks. They would not refund my money and finally agreed to send a new camera if I would pay shipping and handling "again" since I paid when I first ordered, when I shipped it back to be replaced, and now for the 3rd time to hopefully someday get a camera. Customer Service was not helpful at all - acted like they were doing me a favor to send me a new camera.

    Good camera
The camera is very well designed. It has 3x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom for a total zoom of 18x, the largest zoom I have seen on a camera in this price range. The 16 MB of internal memory is pretty good but I would recommend getting some sort of memory expansion. The controls take a little getting used to but once you do they're great. This camera is a great value for the price.

    Good Camera....A little Confusing
I bought this at Officemax for 119.00 2 days ago. I do like the camera in general, But the software is really confusing. It took me a while to figure out how to save edited images and find where the camera saved them. Also the camera is a little confusing. There is alot of stuff cluttering the LCD screen you have to press a button to make it so it is all gone, but when the camera turns on again it is there. Also the delete function is hard. You have to go into the playback mode, then press menu then select delete, then select delete one, then it brings you to a screen displaying all the pictures, find the picture you want press ok to delete, THen press Yes when it asks are you sure. The processing time on the camera is slow. But for 119.00 it is a great deal.

    Best For The Price
i got this camera and it takes good photos and is very inexpensive. battery life is decent too.

      Amazing camera !
I bought this camera because mostly because it was one of the cheapest in its category. I am simply amazed by the crystal-clear images it produces. And it's very easy and intuïtive to use. Very nice design too ! This must be the top camera from a price/quality standpoint.

      First Review
I bought this camera mainly for the price and 3.1MP although i could find no review comments on this as i searched the entire net. So here I go with my findings:

      Pros:
      --Small and compact
      --low price
--comes with the camera case, has 7MB internal memory and takes SD
      --light weight

      Cons:
--Although it says, its 3.1 MP its just equivalent to 2MP (so don expect more)
--the pics are not bright in low light, and otherwise also the pictures are not sharp enough.
      --just does the job.
