This is a pretty good bag, sturdy and well made. I was disappointed though, with the closed cell dividers. I can't figure out exactly how to use them to effectively cradle the camera without wasting space. My digital SLR fits well if laid on its side, but the extra compartments will hold only one set of batteries with charger in the front compartment - the side "fishnet" compartments are too small for this purpose and seem too insecure for anything valuable.

I needed a bag with good padding to protect my digital camera (Kodak DC4800), storage device (Digital Wallet), Telephoto Lens, Lens Adapter, extra battery, battery charger. This bag helps me organize it all -- with good padding for protection. There are two removable padded dividers that can be positioned practically anywhere in the bag. The top flap has a zippered compartment great for smaller items like flash cards, several batteries, etc.

I especially like the two quick-and-easy-access pockets on the sides that are made of mesh/netting. Great for temporarily holding small extras. A more secure zippered compartment is on the front, where my digital wallet is a perfect fit. But for maximum protection from impact, I choose to keep it inside the main storage area and use the outside compartment for batteries, chargers, cords, etc. (which leaves even more room inside).

There is yet another compartment, a zippered pocket, on the rear where I store papers, lens tissues or maybe a passport.

I like having the choice of carrying this attractive durable bag by the handle on top - or by the shoulder strap. By the way, the top zippers shut, and also has a snap-shut "buckle." I haven't yet been in inclement weather with this bag, but it has weather-protection features on the top (lid) and bottom. It also has 2 belt loops on the back that permit hands-free use....

If you have a 35mm camera with a couple lenses or flash attachment, you may need a bigger bag. I have a professional 35mm SLR camera with two lenses and a rather big flash. For that setup, I needed the larger Wordproof 3.2 BB. But the smaller bag is definitely more practical when I'm having fun as a tourist.

I have a Nikon D70 SLR. Normally I have a 28 to 200 lens on the camera. I wanted a bag that would protect the camera and let me carry a few extra items such as memory cards, spare battery and a my eye glasses. This bag is perfect. My camera has to be on its side to fit but that is not a problem. If you have to carry all of your lenses with you everywhere you go then this bag is not for you but if you want simple light weight protection for your camera while out having fun, then this is the bag for you.

The bag is adequate for a typical 35mm SLR camera with a zoom lens of length comparable to a 60-300 or an 80-200 lens. The bag is attractive on the outside and provides couple of mesh side pockets for storage. I store extra film and my camera manual in the side pockets. The pockets are too small for anything bigger. The inside is padded with two adjustable supports that are affixed to the inside with velcro. The supports can be moved to adjust to the size of the camera and lens. The bag closes with a zipper for water proofing and a clasp. If you have accessories, such as a detachable flash or an extra lens, go for the bigger bags. This bag has no room for accessories. Overall, this is a great looking and functional bag for the money.

This camera case from Samsonite is one of the best camera case for digital cameras or SLR cameras. It is lightweight, sturdy, and waterproof. The pouches are not too big, so you plan on stuffing all kinds of accessories, think again. The inside major compartment is also not too big. But for a simple, reliable case to safely house your camera, this is an excellent case.
